NWPL POLICY ON APPROVAL OF DIRECT SELLING ASSOCIATES ID

Nature Wellness Pvt Ltd (The, “Company”) is committed to follow the rules and regulations notified by the Government of Nepal, Department of Commerce, Supplies & Consumer Protection, Nepal in respect to Direct Selling of Goods (Management and Regulation) Act, 2074, Direct Selling of Goods (Management and Regulation) Regulation, 2076 and Its' Guidelines, 2078. Therefore, company is taking every possible step to protect the interest of Consumer of the Company and ensures that rights of the consumer must be safeguarded for betterment. Company governing the direct sellers’ actions is making sure that no unfair trade practices shall be followed that would affect the interest of the consumer.

Applicability
This policy shall be applicable in the situations under which if following conditions will not be followed by the direct seller, then it shall result in non-approval of an ID registered with Nature Wellness Pvt Ltd.

Objective
A direct sellers ID may not be approved and he/she may be debarred from doing business with the company if he/she fails to meet the policy set for approval of the ID. The main objective behind the idea of non-approval of a Direct Seller’s ID is to ensure to follow upon fair practices by the direct seller in order to protect the interest of the consumer in                        the long run.

Direct Selling (Business) Management Directive, 2078 and Direct Sales of Goods (Management and Regulation) Rules, 2076 Issued by:  Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Government of Nepal

Rules for ID Approval and Edit
Any registered ID may not be approved or allowed to do business with NW if the ID holders fail to abide by the following conditions –

  1. Any ID created on NWPL platform is unique and not replaceable, not transferrable and also not replicable.
  2. ID of both Husband and wife will not be approved in any case. ID of either of the both will be approved.
  3. The associate should provide a valid unique number of PoA/PoI and mobile number. No ID will be approved if these/any of these credentials are found fake.
  4. Every ID registered on NW platform is subject to approval if KYC is furnished within 30 days of its registration. If KYC documents are not furnished within 30 days of registration, the registration shall be cancelled automatically. Approval of ID is mandatory for payment of any commission incurred on behalf of the accrued business of the associate.
  5. No ID can remain active, post one month of its creation, without KYC.
  6. The KYC documents to be uploaded should be clear and legible. Blur documents shall not be accepted for ID Approval.
  7. Associates should refrain of creating duplicate/multiple IDs with same credentials. Such registrations would be cancelled immediately when come into notice.
  8. Request for deletion of credentials will not be entertained for an active ID, in any case.
  9. Request for edit mobile number, NIC/Citizenship card number, bank details are subject to thorough investigation at the end of KYC department of NWPL.
  10. Request for change of sponsor shall not be entertained for an active and approved ID.
  11. NWPL neither support nor promote inter or intra team transfer of ID,  If an associates discontinue with Nature Wellness Nepal, he/she can rejoin only after 6 months of producing his request for closing his ID. The request for ID closure should be sent by post, registered mail ID, or registered mobile number duly attached with PAN Card for verification of the signature. No application for rejoining before 6 months will be entertained in such cases and ID shall not be approved.
  12. Keeping in mind the fact that sometimes IDs are created unknowingly or unwillingly, in such cases where an associate wants to change his sponsor before KYC approval, he/she can apply for changing sponsors, though the acceptance would be subjected to fact check.
